Shipping & Delivery: This product takes up to 5-10 days for dispatch. While we do our best to send out the orders at the earliest, our dispatch doesn't work on Saturday and Sundays.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Graphicurry believes that we provide our customers with ample information to make an informed purchase. Thus, once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. However, it is not a perfect world hence read further.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or product is damaged before delivery, please call our customer care at +91 9916158811 or email us at info@graphicurry.com mentioning your Order ID within one week of receiving the product.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. For feedback to our quality assurance process and delivery services, we might ask you to ship the product back to us. In such scenarios, we will provide you a pickup or a reimbursement of the shipping fee.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery;
Once the returned product is received by Graphicurry, you'll be informed when you shall receive an acknowledgement via email regarding details of replacement, duration and shipping information.
Can I get a refund on my returned order?
We truly believe that a Graphicurry buyer will never go displeased with our service. Hence, we only provide replacement for validated returned orders. Orders once placed, cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange my returned product for another product of my choice?
If the product ordered by you was returned due to above stated reasons, you're entitled to ask for a replacement while you contact us. Please mention the same in your mail or call to us. We will try to provide the same subject to stock availability.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Graphicurry is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship from Monday to Fridays, except Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Graphicurry store is open for online purchase only to clients globally.
How is the delivery charge calculated?
Our shipping fee is weight slab based. The shipping fee slabs are Rs. 50/- (light weight orders) , 100/- (medium weight orders) and Rs. 150- (heavy orders).
For Cash on delivery orders are available only for Bangalore clients by calling us at +91 9916158811. The delivery duration of these are between 1 week.
Our prices are all inclusive.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of placing the order. After being sent, their tracking information is shared with the client on registered email (do check your spam folder for this as well). Most orders are delivered within 5-10 working days barring Saturday and Sunday.
